FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Hi, thank you for visiting our website. These are some frequently asked questions that may help you before purchasing any fonts on this website.

How do I download free fonts from this website?

To download a free product, simply enter your email address. Then, check your inbox or spam folder to confirm your email. After confirmation, you will receive a download link via email.

How do I receive my font after purchasing?

There are two ways to get your font download link:

  1. After successfully checking out, the Thank You page will display a download button.

  2. You will receive two emails:

    • The first is an Order Confirmation Email.

    • The second, sent shortly after, includes the download link for the font you purchased.

I don’t have a PayPal account. Are there alternative payment methods?

Yes. You can still pay with a bank account or credit card by clicking “Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card” after proceeding to PayPal—no PayPal account required.

Do you offer discounts for multiple licenses?

Absolutely! Just email us and we’ll discuss a custom offer.

How do I install fonts on my computer (Mac/PC)?

On a PC:

  • Double-click the .OTF or .TTF file and click “Install.”

On a Mac:

  • Double-click the .OTF or .TTF file and click “Install Font.”

  • Alternatively, copy the font files and paste them into this folder: HD > Library > Fonts.

Important: Restart the software where you plan to use the font so it appears in the font list.

What software do I need to use these fonts?

Once installed, fonts will work with most software, including:

  • Microsoft Office

  • Adobe programs

  • Any application with text editing features

To access special OpenType features or glyphs, you may need advanced software like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop CC (2015+).

How can I access additional glyphs in commercial fonts?

We recommend using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. Go to:
Text > Glyphs
In Photoshop CC:
Type > Panels > Glyphs Panel or Window > Glyphs.

For other software, check if it supports access to the character map. For ease, we may also provide a separate font file containing alternate characters with a character map.

What type of license does this store offer?

You can check the licensing details on our Licenses Page.

Can I use the fonts for a logo?

Yes, you can use fonts from Muksalcreative for logos. However, you are not permitted to register or trademark the design without our written permission.

I’m working on a client project. Can I give the font files to my client?

No. You are not allowed to share the font files. If your client needs the font, they should purchase or download it directly from Muksalcreative.

If you’re working with third parties (clients, agencies, organizations), each party needs their own license.

Can I use the fonts for products I sell?

Yes, you can create physical or digital products with our fonts for up to 3,000 sales/prints. For more than that, you must purchase an Extended License.

I create printable templates (posters, business cards, logos, etc.). Can I include the fonts in my template files?

No. You are not allowed to include font files in your templates.
However, you may convert text to vector or raster graphics, as long as you do not include individual characters that allow font reconstruction.

Can I resell your fonts?

No. You may not resell any fonts from Muksalcreative.

Can I convert a font I purchased to a webfont?

Yes. You are allowed to convert fonts for web use, but you must purchase a Webfont License for embedding.

Can I embed this font on my website?

Yes, with the appropriate Webfont License.

Can I share a font I downloaded with a friend or on my blog?

No. You are not permitted to share the font files or make them available for download elsewhere.
Instead, please refer others to the Muksalcreative website to purchase or download the fonts legally.

Can I request a refund if I bought a font from another marketplace and later found it free elsewhere?

No. Refunds are not available in this case. Just like buying a game that later becomes free, purchases made earlier are final.

Thank you for supporting Muksalcreative. Every buyer’s final logo/project may be featured in our “Font Used” section—unless you request not to be listed.
